Prime minister Modi addressed the nation about importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle on the occasion of national sports day at Indira Gandhi Stadium .He previously talked about importance of healthy lifestyle on ‘Mann ki baat’ on 26 August 2019 .On national sports day prime minister started a new movement called fit India movement in which PM talked about how you should stay fit to live a longer life that everyone deserve .

HERE WHAT YOU CAN DO TO STAY FIT WHILE GOING TO WORK .

Okay so you don’t have time for exercise as most of the other people ,no problem because today in 21st century we have enough study with data that proves that without going to gym or having a proper diet you can stay fit just by following certain healthy routines .

ways to stay fit and fine –

  1. Fist we will get rid of the fat and high carbohydrate  diet that means all the junk you eat regularly have to be  reduced in the beginning then completely replaced with healthy options life fruits , salads or soup , etc.
  2. Sugar is the biggest enemy of human health as it increases insulin and also increases fat storage of body which causes many other problems like heart diseases , high blood pressure , kidney failure ,etc.
  3. A proper sleep is necessary for human body to reset itself and for the recovery of organs overnight ,according to scientists everyone should have an 8 hour sleep but from recent studies it is proved that people who have sound sleep less than 8 hours are also able to stay fit and fine so the the secret of having a healthy life is to have a deep sleep .
  4. If you don’t have time to go gym than you should prefer home workout or half hour of yoga at your place which should be your first thing after you wake up ,you can search for Youtube tutorials their are abundant of online content on staying healthy at home through some effective exercise .
  5.  you should focus on setting goals for having a fit body which will improve your life and change your attitude towards your work and life drastically .
  6. Stay away from alcohol and cigarettes it is okay if you are  having them once in a while but if you are addicted then it can cause worst conditions for your health which can gradually lead to bigger health problems , this proves that you can keep up a good shape without going to gym or having fancy diet plans just by sticking on to a simple routine.
