Data we process

Depending on the interaction with FireFeed, we may process the following categories of personal data:

  • Contact data you provide via forms or email (name, email address, company, role, message content).
  • Account data for authorized users of the FireFeed product (account identifiers, authentication metadata, role, activity logs).
  • Amazon Information processed on behalf of the seller, including catalog, order and shipping data — see the Amazon Data Protection Policy for details.
  • Technical data generated by the use of our services (IP address, log timestamps, device and browser metadata, error reports).
