Product feed management

Bring product data from any source into FireFeed, normalize and enrich it, then publish a clean, validated feed to Amazon.

  • Product feed import from CSV, XML, JSON, FTP/SFTP, supplier APIs and ERP/PIM connectors.
  • Field mapping to Amazon attributes by category, with reusable mapping templates.
  • Data normalization: units, currencies, language, character sets and category-specific required fields.
  • EAN/SKU management, deduplication, and ASIN matching where applicable.
  • Inclusion / exclusion rules (by brand, category, supplier, margin, stock).
  • Pricing markup and rounding rules per channel and per category.
  • Pre-publication feed validation with error reports before changes reach Amazon.
  • Scheduled publication windows and manual publish-now controls.

Inventory & pricing

Keep availability and prices accurate across systems and prevent oversells, suppressed listings and margin leakage.

  • Continuous availability synchronization between source systems and Amazon.
  • Price updates with margin rules, floor and ceiling guards.
  • Minimum stock thresholds and out-of-stock automation.
  • Feed error monitoring with actionable alerts (missing attributes, blocked ASINs, image issues).
  • Versioned pricing and stock history for auditability.

Order management

Bring Amazon orders into a single operational view, then push the right data forward to fulfillment systems.

  • Import of Amazon orders via SP-API.
  • Operational order list with filters, search, status and assignment.
  • Order status tracking through preparation, picked, packed, shipped, delivered.
  • Shipment preparation views for warehouse and 3PL teams.
  • Tracking number capture and synchronization back to Amazon.
  • Export to OMS / ERP / WMS in batch or near-real-time.
  • Activity log per order for traceability.

Shipping workflow

FireFeed supports the operational workflow for shipping Amazon orders, including the controlled handling of recipient and shipping data required to fulfill the order.

  • Retrieval of shipping address and recipient information needed to fulfill the order.
  • Generation of, or input to, shipping documentation (packing lists, labels via integrated carriers, where applicable).
  • Shipment confirmation pushed back to Amazon via SP-API.
  • Tracking updates pushed back to Amazon to keep the buyer informed.
  • Strict scoping: recipient data is used only for fulfillment and is protected per the Amazon Data Handling Policy.
Recipient and shipping information is treated as restricted data. It is encrypted at rest, accessed under least-privilege rules, and retained only as long as required to complete fulfillment and operational reconciliation.

Operational dashboard

A working surface for the people running the day, not just an analytics screen.

  • Sales monitoring (orders, revenue, units) per marketplace.
  • Synchronization errors, with grouping and recommended actions.
  • Status of imports, exports and scheduled jobs.
  • Operational KPIs: late shipments risk, stockouts, blocked listings.
  • Activity log of user and system actions.
