Pricing is quote-based by design: this lets us match the platform to the seller's operations rather than pushing one-size-fits-all tiers. We aim to provide an indicative quote within two business days of an initial scoping call.

Is there a free trial?

FireFeed engagements typically begin with a paid pilot scoped to the seller's catalog and order volume. The pilot has a defined success criteria and outcome.

Are setup fees included?

Setup is part of the quote. We separate one-time setup effort from monthly subscription so the cost structure is transparent.

Do you charge per order?

Most engagements are tiered subscriptions sized for a monthly volume range. Per-order add-ons may apply for very high-volume operations.

What is included in support?

Email and ticket support is included in all plans. Priority support, dedicated channels and defined SLAs are available on Professional and Enterprise.
