1. What is FireFeed?

FireFeed is a marketplace feed and order management platform that helps online merchants synchronize product catalogs, inventory, prices and Amazon orders with their internal systems, and operate shipment workflows end-to-end.

2. Who can use FireFeed?

FireFeed is for online merchants and brands selling on Amazon, including sellers operating with their own warehouse, third-party logistics, ERP/OMS or PIM systems. It is provided to authorized Amazon Seller Central accounts.

3. Which Amazon marketplaces are supported?

FireFeed is designed to work across Amazon marketplaces accessible through the Selling Partner API. The exact set of marketplaces enabled for a given seller depends on the seller's Amazon account and the roles authorized.

4. What Amazon data does FireFeed access?

FireFeed accesses catalog, pricing, inventory, order, and — where required — recipient and shipping data, only for the seller accounts that have authorized FireFeed via Amazon. See the Amazon Data Protection Policy.

5. Why does FireFeed need recipient or shipping information?

Recipient and shipping information is required to fulfill the order, prepare shipping documentation, and provide shipment confirmation and tracking updates back to Amazon. It is used only for fulfillment and logistics workflows.

6. Does FireFeed store Amazon customer PII?

FireFeed stores recipient and shipping information only for the period required to complete order fulfillment and operational reconciliation. Sensitive fields are encrypted at rest and access is restricted under least privilege.

7. How long is Amazon customer PII retained?

Amazon customer PII is retained for no longer than 30 days after shipment completion, unless a shorter retention period is configured or deletion is required earlier.

8. Can sellers revoke access?

Yes. Sellers can revoke FireFeed access at any time from their Amazon Seller Central account, in Apps & Services › Manage Your Apps. On revocation, FireFeed proceeds to the deletion or anonymization of the seller's Amazon Information held by FireFeed.

9. Does FireFeed share Amazon data with third parties?

FireFeed does not sell Amazon Information and does not share Amazon customer PII with third parties, except where strictly required for order fulfillment, shipping, legal obligations, or subprocessors listed in the Amazon Data Protection Policy.

10. How do I contact support?

Email support@fire-feed.com for product support, security@fire-feed.com for security incidents, and privacy@fire-feed.com for privacy questions. See the Support page for hours and response times.

11. How are credentials protected?

SP-API tokens and other secrets are stored in a managed secret store, not in the application database in plain form. Secrets are not committed to source repositories, are rotated on a defined schedule, and are masked in application logs. Multi-factor authentication is required for administrative access.

12. Is FireFeed listed on the Amazon Selling Partner Appstore?

FireFeed is currently preparing its Selling Partner Appstore listing. Availability may depend on Amazon approval and seller eligibility. Until then, sellers can connect FireFeed by reaching out to our sales team.
